Warranty Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality products and stand behind the craftsmanship of our leather bags. All products purchased through our store are covered by a 2-year limited warranty, in accordance with applicable European consumer protection laws.

Warranty Coverage

Our 2-year warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that occur under normal use. If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion:

  • repair the product, or

  • replace the product with the same or a comparable item, or

  • provide an appropriate refund if repair or replacement is not possible.

The warranty period begins on the date of delivery of the product.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers defects such as:

  • faults in stitching or construction

  • defective hardware (zippers, clasps, buckles)

  • structural defects in the bag resulting from manufacturing

What Is Not Covered

Leather is a natural material, and changes in appearance over time are part of its normal characteristics.

This warranty does not cover:

  • normal wear and tear resulting from regular use

  • scratches, marks, or patina that develop naturally in leather

  • damage caused by improper use, accidents, or neglect

  • exposure to extreme conditions (water damage, chemicals, excessive heat, etc.)

  • cosmetic changes that occur as the leather ages

Normal aging and signs of use are considered part of the natural lifecycle of genuine leather products and are not regarded as manufacturing defects.

Warranty Claims

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect covered by this warranty, please contact our support team and provide:

  • your order number

  • a description of the issue

  • photos of the product and the defect

Our team will review the claim and provide further instructions.

Consumer Rights

This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights under European consumer protection law, which are not affected by this policy.
